摘要
尽管高等学校十分重视学生的职业规划和就业指导,但是大学生择业就业难始终未能解决。文章从职业生涯管理理论观点出发,提出了应该从课程体系设计、师资队伍培养和建立专门的职业生涯规划机构等方面入手,强调对高中生进行职业生涯规划教育以解决上述问题。
Even if colleges have paid more attention to students' career plans,the difficulty of choosing career is still there. Based on the theory of career management,we think the design of curricular system, the training of teachers and establish professional companies will help to resolve that problem.
