摘要
在新高考改革的背景下,高中生的生涯规划问题日益突出。传统的中学-学生-高校的线性解决方法,无法突破由各个实施主体目标上的差异而产生的缺陷。相关措施,比如系统分析生涯规划、引入政府和家庭等社会要素来重构生涯规划的参与主体、引入协同治理思想、提出生涯规划治理模型以及解析其运行机理,可以为促进生涯规划工作的有序开展提供了新的途径。
Under the background of the reform for the new college entrance examination,there are increasingly remarkable problems in the career planning for high school.The traditional middle school-student-college linear solution cannot break through the defects caused by the differences in the objectives of each subject.The corresponding measures,such as the systematic analysis on career planning,reconstruction of career planning participants with introduced social elements like government and family,etc.,introduction of the idea about collaborative governance,presentation of a career planning governance model and analysis on its operational mechanism,can provide a new way to promotion of the orderly implementation of career planning.
