摘要
探索了使用超声萃取水产品中孔雀石绿、结晶紫的高效液相荧光检测方法,通过试验获得最佳方案。结果表明,超声提取时间为15 min。本方法在0.5μg/m L^800μg/m L范围内具有很好的线性,相关系数R为0.999 9,最低检出限为0.5μg/kg。采用不同的样品进行验证,回收率在80%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1%~3%。
This study explores the use of ultrasound-assited extraction of aquatic products of malachite green,crystal violet and HPLC fluorescence detection method, through the test to obtain the best solutions. The results showed that the ultrasound-assited extraction time is 15 min.This method has a good linear l scope between0.5 μg/mL and 800 μg/mL, correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the limit of detection was 0.5 μg/kg. Using different sample verification, the recovery rate is between 80 %-110 %, relative standard deviation(RSD) is 1 %-3 %.
