混合表面活性剂双水相体系对养殖水中孔雀石绿的萃取测定

摘要 采用分光光度法考察了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)-十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)双水相体系对水中孔雀石绿的萃取性能。研究发现,2.74×10-2mol.L-1的CTAB用量在0.65~0.90 mL,0.17 mol.L-1的SDS用量在0.90~1.20 mL时,CTAB-SDS在有NaCl存在下形成双水相体系,该体系在pH=7.0的B-R缓冲液中可对孔雀石绿进行定量萃取,并在628 nm波长处产生最大吸收。萃取相中孔雀石绿质量浓度ρ=0.146~14.6 mg.L-1时与吸光度A有良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=0.190 2ρ-0.028 3,线性相关系数为0.999 6,孔雀石绿的平均萃取率为99.1%。该法用于养殖鱼池水样中孔雀石绿的萃取分析测定,回收率为95%~106%。 The extraction performance of blend surfactant two - phase aqueous system composed of sodium dodecyl sulfate ( SDS ) and hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide ( CTAB ) for determination of malachite green in aquaculture water was studied by adopting the spectrophotometric method. Results showed that when amount of CTAB with concentration of 2.74 x 10-2 tool · L^-1 and amount of SDS with concentration of 0. 17 tool · L^-1 is 0. 65 -0. 90 mL and 0. 90 · 1.20 mL respectively,the two - phase aqueous system can be formed in presence of NaC1. The system can be used for quantitative extraction of malachite green in medium of pH = 7. 0 Britton - Robinson buffer solution, and the maximum absorbance appears at wavelength of 628 nm. When the mass concentration of malachite green ranges in 0. 146 -14.6 mg· L^-1 ,good linearity relationship between the mass concentration and the absorbance appears with a regression equation as A = 0. 190 2p - 0. 028 3, and correlation coefficient is 0. 999 6. This developed method was used for the extraction and determination of malachite green in the aquaculture water samples with satisfactory results. The spiked recovery rates are in the range of 95% - 106%.
