摘要
用电化学方法对茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)二元络合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用进行了研究,发现在pH4.9的六次甲基四胺[(CH2)5N4]缓冲液中,茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)络合物能与牛血清白蛋白生成一种非电活性的络合物,导致茜素络合剂-镨(Ⅲ)的峰电流降低,峰电流降低值△ip在一定范围内与BSA的浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为1.5~17.5mg·L^-1,相关系数为0.997,检出限为1.5mg·L^-1,RSD为2.1%,回收率为102%,该法可用于蛋白质的测定。
An electrochemical study on the interaction of the binary complex alizarine-complexan (ALC)- Pr( Ⅲ ) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) was reported in this paper. In a medium of urotropine buffer (pH 4. 9), Alizarine complexan-Pr( Ⅲ ) reacts with BSA to form an electrochemically non-active complex, leading to a deerease in peak current of Alizarine complexarrPr (Ⅲ). The decrease, of peak current Δip is proportional to BSA concentration in the range of 1.5-17. 5 mg · L^-1 with correlation coefficient of 0. 997. Detection limit of 1.5 mg · L^-1 , RSD of 2. 1% and recovery of 102% were found. The method has been applied to the determination of BSA.
