摘要
设计了一种同时容纳12个样品杯的密闭型自动样品交换器,对装置的结构和运行机制做了详细描述。样品交换器包含一个电磁吸盖器,一个可上下移动测量盖的测定臂,一个可顺时针和逆时针转动的盛放样品杯的转盘。测量盖上固定有清洗喷头、滴定头、浆式搅拌器、电极。测量盖可停止在三个红外定位控制点。测定全过程密闭运行。本装置与国产通用电位滴定仪联用,按GB/T 7304标准方法测定了石油产品的酸值,结果令人满意。
A closed-type automatic sample changer with 12 sample positions was designed.The structure and operational mechanism of the sample changer are described in detail.The device contains an electromagnetic lid cover chuck,a measuring arm capable of moving up-and-down,and a sample tray capable of rotating clockwise or counter clockwise.A cleaning sprinkler,a titration head,a paddle type agitator and an electrode were fixed on the measuring lid which can stop at three infrared-positioned points.The whole process is operated in a closed condition.This sample changer coupled with potentionmetric titrator has been applied to the determination of acidic values of petroleum products in batches according to GB/T 7304.The results are satisfactory.
