摘要 以一台柴油机为原型机,增加进气道喷射汽油系统,实现进气道预混喷射汽油缸内直接喷射柴油引燃的燃烧模式,对汽柴油双燃料发动机进行深入的性能研究。研究结果显示:随着柴油主喷正时推后,缸内燃烧压力和放热率第二峰值对应相位随之推后;同时,NOx排放随着柴油主喷正时推后得到有效改善,Soot排放随着柴油主喷正时推后有所恶化;柴油主喷正时的推后导致汽柴油双燃料发动机燃油消耗率上升。 A prototype diesel engine was modified into dual-fuel engine, to which gasoline injection system was added for realizing the premixed combustion model. The performance of gasoline/diesel dual-fuel engine was studied deeply, depending on gasoline injected into intake manifold and ignited by diesel directly injected into cylinders. The result indicated: as diesel main injection is retarded, the relative crank angles of second peaks of combustion pressure in-cylinder and heat release rate also are retarded; meanwhile, NOx emission is improved and soot emission deteriorates with diesel main injection being retarded; the retard of diesel main injection results in increase of fuel consumption of gasoline/diesel dual fuel engine.
