摘要
在一台高压共轨CA6DL2-35E3重型柴油机欧3喷油MAP基础上借助INCA标定工具进行为优化喷油参数的单因素调整试验,并利用STAR-CD软件获取的微观场变化综合分析喷油参数对油气混合及燃烧的影响规律。结果表明:提高喷油压力(单段喷射)可提高缸内油气混合速率,除NOx排放外,燃油经济性及碳烟排放均有改善。引入后喷后(三段喷射),在喷油方向上保证氧气充足的前提下尽可能减小主后喷间隔的同时,选取适量后喷油量强化喷油末期油气扰动可实现对燃烧全过程的油气混合控制,并综合实现对发动机性能的优化。
Single-factor adjustment tests for the fuel injection parameter optimization were performed on a CA6DL2-35E3 heavy-duty common rail diesel engine with the basic Euro-3 injection maps by means of the INCA calibration tool,and the influences of the fuel injection parameters on the air-fuel mixing and combustion were analyzed comprehensively with the help of the microscopic field histories found by the software STAR-CD.The results show that boosting the injection pressure(single injection)enhances the air-fuel mixing rate,and improves all performance indexes except NOx emission.Introducing the post injection(triple injections),decreasing the time interval between the main and the post injections under the prerequisite of sufficient oxygen in the spray vicinity,and selecting the proper quantity of post injection to reinforce the disturbance of the air-fuel mixture at the late phase of fuel injection,can realize the control over the air-fuel mixing during the whole combustion process to achieve the engine performance optimization.
