汽/柴油双燃料发动机燃烧过程的影响因素 被引量:5

Effective Parameters to the Combustion Process of Gasoline/Diesel Dual-Fuel Engine

摘要 以一台柴油机为原型机,增加进气道喷射汽油系统,实现进气道预混喷射汽油缸内直接喷射柴油引燃的燃烧模式,对汽/柴油双燃料发动机进行深入的性能研究.结果表明:汽/柴油比例在66%,左右能够取得较好的经济和排放性能,燃油消耗率降低到250,g/(k W·h)以下,碳烟排放约为0.11,FSN,NOx排放约为53×10-6;柴油喷油在低负荷(1,400,r/min,50,N·m)时适于采用单次喷射,喷射正时为-30°,CA ATDC时燃油消耗率取得最低值,而在中、高负荷时宜采用两次喷射;采用热EGR后,避免传统柴油机NOx与碳烟的trade-off关系,燃油消耗率也得到改善,数值约为258,g/(k W·h). Based on a prototype diesel engine,it was modified into dual-fuel engine which was added gasoline injection system for realizing the premixed combustion model. The performance of gasoline/diesel dual-fuel engine was studied deeply,depending on gasoline injected into intake manifold and ignited by diesel directly injected into cylinders. The results indicated:the gasoline diesel dual-fuel engine acquires perfect economic and emission performances with 66 percentages of gasoline/diesel ratio,fuel consumption is lower than 250,g/(k W·h),the values of soot emission and NOx emission are respectively 0.11,FSN and 53×10-6;one time injection was adopted at low load(1,400,r/min,50,N·m),fuel consumption acquires the lowest value with injection timing at-30°,CA ATDC and two time injection was used at medium and high load;the trade-off relatives between NOx and soot was solved perfectly,the economic performance also was improved,fuel consumption was reduced to 258,g/(k W·h).
