摘要 以一台柴油机为原型机,增加进气道汽油喷射系统,实现进气道预混喷射汽油缸内直接喷射柴油引燃的燃烧模式,对汽柴油双燃料发动机性能进行深入的研究。研究显示:汽柴油双燃料发动机缸内燃烧压力峰值随着主喷正时的推后而升高;油耗水平随着主喷正时的推后而恶化;柴油主喷油量对NOx排放影响不明显,NOx排放随着主喷正时推后呈现单调降低趋势;Soot排放随着主喷正时推后呈现降低趋势。同时在相同主喷正时条件下,主喷油量越低,Soot排放越低。汽柴油双燃料发动机THC排放和CO排放均较高。 A prototype diesel engine was modified into dual-fuel engine which was added gasoline injection system for realizing the premixed combustion model. The performance of gasoline/diesel dual-fuel engine was studied deeply, depending on gasoline injected into intake manifold and ignited by diesel directly injected into cylinders. The results indicated: the peak valve of combustion pressure will rise as diesel main injection timing retards; diesel main injection timing delayed will results in deterioration of fuel consumption; NO~ emission is not sensitive in change of the quantity of diesel main injection, while it will reduce as diesel main injection timing is postponed; Soot emission will drop as diesel main injection timing is postponed; the THC and CO emission of gasoline/diesel dual-fuel engine is usually very high.
