摘要
为了解曾留守大学生的心理资本状况,采用柯江林编制的心理资本问卷对安徽省6所高校的3000名大学生进行了调查。调查结果发现曾留守大学生心理资本现状良好,但相对无此经历的大学生心理资本水平低。曾留守大学生心理资本总分及各维度得分在性别、年级、专业、是否为独生子女上差异显著。曾留守男生的心理资本水平明显低于女生;大一曾留守大学生心理资本水平最高;曾留守医学生的心理资本显著高于理科生;独生子女曾留守大学生心理资本水平显著低于非独生子女。父母外出务工类型、与父母分开时间、父母回家频率是影响曾留守大学生的因素。
In order to know the psychological capital status of the college students with left-behind experience, we use the psychological capital scale which is compiled by Ke Jianglin to survey 3000 college student. The results find that, the psychological capital status of the college students with left-behind experience is developed well, but is lower than the student who did not have the left-behind experience. Due to the different genter, such as grade, professional, or only one child in family, the psychological capital of the college students with left-behind experience has significant difference. The psychological capital score of male is lower than the female 's; The freshmen have the highest score; the score of the medical students is higher than the science students'. The student who is only one child in family has the lowest score. Parents out-working style, time together with parents and the number of back home are the important factors which impacted the college student with left-behind experience.
