摘要
采用心理资本量表与主观幸福感量表对1 287名曾留守大学生进行调查,考察其幸福感与心理资本的特点、影响因素及其二者的关系.研究结果发现:曾留守大学生的主观幸福感处于中等偏低水平,而心理资本状况发展良好.父母外出务工类型、回家频次是影响曾留守大学生主观幸福感的重要因素.幸福感与心理资本之间存在显著相关性.
Using the psychological capital scale and subjective well-being scale to survey 1287 college students with left-behind experience.The purpose is to inspect the characteristics and the relationship between the psychological capital and the subjective well-being.The results found that the subjective well-being of the college student with left-behind experience is in a medium low level,and their psychological capital has developed well.The style of parents′ accompany and the number of back home are the important factors which impact their subjective well-being.The subjective well-being has relationship with psychological capital significantly.
