摘要
目的分析子宫平滑肌肿瘤临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析210例子宫平滑肌肿瘤患者的临床病理资料。结果经研究发现,子宫平滑肌肿瘤患者临床发病高峰年龄段为41~50岁;且患者同时存在腺肌或内膜增生疾病;部分患者还存在卵巢和宫颈等良恶性肿瘤疾病。210例患者中,其中普通型良性平滑肌瘤为192例,占91.43%;平滑肌瘤特殊组织学类型者为15例,占7.14%;平滑肌肉瘤者为2例,占0.95%;恶性潜能且未定平滑肌肿瘤者为1例,占0.48%。结论女性妇科肿瘤疾病中以子宫平滑肌肿瘤为主,然临床主要以凝固性治疗细胞坏死等来鉴别良恶性子宫平滑肌肿瘤。但临床预期肿瘤生物学行为则需综合患者临床各种病理资料,以达到准确预期效果。
Objective To analyze the clinicopathologic characteristics of uterine smooth muscle tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinicopathological data of 210 cases of uterine smooth muscle tumors were conducted.Results The study found that clinically peak ages of patients with uterine smooth muscle tumors was 41 to 50 years old; and patients had adenomyosis or endometrial hyperplasia disease at the same time; some patients also had ovaries,cervix and other benign and malignant diseases.Among 210 patients,common type of benign smooth muscle tumors was 192 cases,accounting for 91.43%; leiomyoma special histological types was 15 cases,accounting for 7.14%; leiomyosarcoma had 2 cases,accounting for 0.95%; undecided malignant potential and smooth muscle tumors was 1 case,accounting for 0.48%.Conclusion Women with gynecological cancer diseases are mainly uterine smooth muscle tumors,then the clinical treatment of cells are mainly use the coagulation necrosis to identify benign and malignant uterine smooth muscle tumors.However,the expected clinical biological behavior of tumor need consider comprehensive clinicopathological data in order to achieve the desired results accurately.
