摘要
目的:探讨子宫腺瘤样瘤的临床与大体特点,以及与平滑肌瘤和腺肌病的鉴别。方法:对98例子宫腺瘤样瘤的临床表现以及其大体形态等进行分析。结果:子宫腺瘤样瘤的发病率达1.32%,合并平滑肌瘤或腺肌病的比例近70%。至少1/3的子宫腺瘤样瘤在大体检查时可见特征性表现,尤其是切面较软,湿润,有粘液拉丝感;肌纤维粗大;肿瘤切面形成网格与细小孔隙,小孔和囊内有半透明稀粘液,但无血液。结论:子宫腺瘤样瘤应列入子宫结节性病变的鉴别范畴,其切面显示的粘液拉丝感、网格与含稀粘液的孔隙结构等最具特征性,这些特点有助于将腺瘤样瘤与其它子宫病变区分。
To investigate the clinical and pathological features of the uterine adenomatoid tumors （UATs） and to study the difference between the UATs and general leiomyoma or adenomyosis. Methods： Clinical and macroscopic features in 98 cases with UATs were observed. Results： The incidence of UATs was 1.32%, nearly 70% of the cases were incorporated with leiomyomas or adenomyosis. Some important characteristics for at least one third of the UATs can be identified on gross examination in the current series, especially in the follow features： to be soft and humid on cross section, with a mucoid and drawing-off feeling; the fascicles were rough and formed into gridding or fine compact holes with inside translucence watery mueoid content, but not blood. Conclusion： The UATs must be included in the differentiated category of uterus nodule lesions, the mueoid and drawing-off feeling, gridding and small holes structure with mueoid content are characteristic features that help us to differentiate the UATs from other lesions of the uterus.
