摘要
目的研究低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤(LGESS)的临床病理特征及鉴别诊断要点。方法对珠海市第二人民医院病理科于2006年1月至2012年12月收治的20例LGESS患者采取常规HE染色法和免疫组织化学法进行临床、病理学特征及免疫组化观察,探讨LGESS诊断要点。结果肿瘤由增生的子宫内膜间质细胞组成,细胞呈卵圆形,弥漫性分布;肿瘤组织可向平滑肌样或性索样等成分分化;免疫组织化学法显示肿瘤细胞vimentin、CD10、雌激素受体等的表达多为阳性。结论LGESS的肿瘤组织可向多种成分分化,有多种免疫组化表达特征,诊断时应结合组织病理学及免疫组织化学法,避免误诊。
Objective To study the clinical and pathological features and differential diagnosis points of low grade endometrial stromal sarcoma（LGESS）.Methods From Jan.2006 to Dec.2012,20 cases of LGESS patients of Zhuhai Second People＇ s Hospital were checked by conventional HE and immunohistochemic method,the clinical and pathological features and immunohistochemical characteristics were observed,the differential diagnosis was discussed.Results Tumor consisted of hyperplastic endometrial stromal cells,tumor cells were ovoid,diffuse distributed.Tumor tissue could differentiate to smooth muscle or sex cord cells;immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of tumor cells vimentin,CD10and ER were mostly positive.Conclusion LGESS tumor tissue can differentiate to various components,with a variety of immunohistochemical expression characteristics,therefore diagnosis should be combined with histopathological and immunohistochemical method to avoid misdiagnosis.
