GPTE培训模式在ICU护士培训考核体系中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨适合提高ICU护士综合能力的培训考核方法,为制定ICU培训方案提供参考依据。方法把重症医学科21名护士按照职称、年资、学历分成4组,处理好人员优势互补,消除劣势叠加,任命4位Ⅳ级护士担任组长、引入PBL教学法理念,以护士为中心,护理组长为引导,选取合适病例进行组内分析讨论,并模拟病例设置场景开展情景模拟训练、进行床边综合能力考核培训,由护士长和总带教担任考核老师对培训前后进行床边综合能力考核,对培训前后的综合能力成绩进行比较;并采用自行设计的评价表调查护士对GPTE培训模式的评价。结果 21名护士均完成了GPTE培训计划,床边综合能力考核在GPTE培训前后的成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),特别是在护理评估和应急处理方面的成绩有明显提高(P<0.05);问卷调查中发现GPTE培训模式得到了100%护士的肯定,其中95.2%的护士认为GPTE培训模式可以提高评估能力、应急能力及护患沟通能力。结论 GPTE培训模式得到了护士的认可,能提高护士的评估能力、应急能力,可以从整体上提高ICU护士的综合能力,也拓展高年资组长的职业发展空间,在临床培训中具有有效性和可行性。 Objective To explore the training evaluation system that can improve thecomprehensive ability of ICU nursing staffs,and provide the basis for the forming of ICU training scheme. Methods A total 21 nurses in our department were divided into 4 groups according to theirprofessional title, seniority and education background, and one level Ⅳ nurse was selected as the team leader in each group. Group training, Problem based learning, Training by situational approach and Examination of bedside comprehensive nursing techniques(GPTE) were conducted in all groups. The bedside comprehensive nursing techniques of nurses were assessed by head nurse and head nursing teacher. The self-designed questionnaire was conducted in all participants to survey their satisfaction to the training. The assessment results were compared between the two groups. Results All the 21 nurses have completed the GPTE training program,the bedside comprehensive nursing techniques were improved obviously by the training, the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ), especiallytheir ability of nursing assessment and emergency treatment (P 〈 0.05 ). The results of questionnaire showed that 100% of nurses agreed with GPTE training mode,and among which 95.2% of nurses confirmed that GPTE training model can improve the emergency power and the ability of nurse-patientcommunication. Conclusion The GPTE training mode can improve the assessment power, emergency capability, and the comprehensive ability of ICU nurses, expand the career advancementofthe high qualification leader, and is feasible and effective in the clinical training.
