摘要
目的:研究不同垂直骨面型替牙期反牙合切牙根尖与周围皮质骨的位置关系,对比其差异性,为临床诊疗、风险评估以及颅面部生长发育的研究提供参考依据。方法:选择替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者共60例,年龄7-11岁,按照不同的垂直骨面型分为高角组、均角组和低角组,每组20例。拍摄头颅侧位定位片,测量并计算反映上下颌切牙根尖到周围骨皮质位置关系的12项指标。对三组测量结果进行统计分析。结果:三组患者中LA低角组>高角组(P<0.05),LW低角组>均角组>高角组(P<0.01),UH、LH高角组>低角组(P<0.05),LH/LW高角组>均角组>低角组(P<0.001),UH/UW高角组>低角组(P<0.01)。三组患者中,切牙区根尖处唇侧牙槽骨厚度均明显比舌侧牙槽骨薄(P<0.001)。Go Gn-SN与UH、LH、UH/UW、LH/LW正相关,与LA、LW负相关。结论:替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者的前牙区牙槽骨宽度及根尖位置与垂直骨面型有关。高角组下切牙根尖部唇舌侧以及唇侧的牙槽骨厚度较薄,而低角组相应处的牙槽骨较厚。
Objective: To investigate the relationships of position between the incisor apex and the mandibular plane angle in skeletal Class Ⅲ patients with mixed dentition. Methods: 60 skeletal Class Ⅲ patients with mixed dentition aged from 7 to 11 years old were investigated by using computerized cephalometric analysis. 12 measurements made on the lateral cephalograms were used to represent the positional relationship between the incisor apex and the surrounding cortical bone,and comparison were made among different vertical facial type groups. Results: Significant difference was found among different vertical facial types in UH, LA, LW, LH, UH/UW, LH/LW. The mandibular plane angle was positive correlated with UH, UH/UW, LH, LH/LW and negatively correlated with LA, LW. Conclusion: In skeletal Class Ⅲ patients with mixed dentition, there are significant differences between alveolar width and root apical position of the incisor teeth with different vertical facial types.
