摘要
目的分析不同性别、安氏分类、垂直骨面型患者下颌前段牙根尖水平牙槽突厚度的异同。方法分析2015—2017年于郑州大学第一附属医院正畸科就诊并拍摄锥形束CT(CBCT)的270例患者的CBCT数据资料,使用Invivo 5.2图像处理软件测量患者牙槽突厚度,采用SPSS 22.0统计学软件处理并分析数据,比较不同性别、安氏分类、垂直骨面型患者下颌前段牙根尖水平牙槽突厚度异同。结果女性下颌中切牙及尖牙根尖水平牙槽突厚度均小于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者下颌中切牙、侧切牙根尖水平牙槽突厚度均较安氏Ⅰ类和安氏Ⅱ类错牙合患者小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3种不同垂直骨面型患者相比,下颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙根尖水平牙槽突厚度均为高角型<均角型<低角型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性下颌中切牙及尖牙根尖水平牙槽突厚度较男性小,安氏Ⅲ类错牙合患者下颌中切牙、侧切牙根尖水平牙槽突厚度较小,3种不同垂直骨面型患者相比,下颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙根尖水平牙槽突厚度均为高角型<均角型<低角型。
Objective To analyze the differences of the thickness of anterior alveolar bone around root apex of patients with different gender,Angle’s malocclusion types and vertical skeletal patterns.Methods The cone beam CT(CBCT)archives of 270 patients were analyzed.The thickness of anterior alveolar bone around root apex was measured with Invivo 5.2 image processing software.The results were processed and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.The data were used to analyze the differences of the thickness of anterior alveolar bone around root apex of patients with different gender,Angle’s malocclusion types and vertical skeletal patterns.Results The thickness of the middle incisors and canines anterior alveolar bone in female were thinner than that of male,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The alveolar bone thickness of the mandibular central incisors and lateral incisors in patients with Angle’s ClassⅢmalocclusion were thinner than those in patients with Angle’s ClassⅠandⅡ(P<0.05).Compared with 3 different vertical skeletal pattern patients,the thickness of the mandibular central incisor,lateral incisor and canine alveolar bone in high angle type patients were thinner than those in average angle type patients,which were thinner than those in low angle type patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thickness of the middle incisors and canines anterior alveolar bone in female are thinner than that of male.The alveolar bone thickness of the mandibular central incisors and lateral incisors in patients with Angle’s ClassⅢmalocclusion are thinner than those in patients with Angle’s ClassⅠandⅡ.The thickness of the mandibular central incisor,lateral incisor and canine alveolar bone in high angle type patients are thinner than those in average angle type patients,which are thinner than those in low angle type patients.
