摘要
目的:报道1例邻牙根尖周囊肿摘除同期种植体植入后临床效果。方法:患者男性,20岁,11残根,牙槽骨唇侧中度吸收,X片、CT显示11,21,22根尖位置有10mm×8.0mm×5.0mm界限清楚类椭圆形密度减低区。拔除11残根即刻植入Ankylos种植体1枚,于11,21,22唇侧翻瓣,开窗行囊肿摘除术,冲洗β-TCP填充缺损后严密缝合,术后3月,6月行临床检查和X线检查。结果:术后3个月见种植体无松动,患者无不适,X线示β-TCP未完全吸收,6个月后见种植体稳定形成良好骨结合,原根尖周囊肿区新生骨完全取代β-TCP,低密度影消失,种植体周围牙槽骨吸收0.3mm。结论:邻牙根尖周囊肿摘除术,同期即刻牙种植临床效果较可靠,尚需长期追踪观察。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to report the clinical effect of a Immediate implant case which adjacent teeth periapical cyst removed over the same period for Dental implant.Method:Male,20 years,11 root residue,the lip of alveolar is absorbed moderate.The X-ray and CT shows 11,21,22 tooth periapical has a place which is 10mm×8.0mm×5.0mm and density is low,shape is oval class,marginal is clear.11 Immediate implant after remove residue root.11,21,22 lip periapical was operated removal of cyst and the place of the operation was filling byβ-TCP and sewed tightly.Clinical examination and X-ray films were taken.Result:3 months after the removal,implant was stable,still some β-TCP in place of periapical cyst.After 6 months,showed implant had been successfully performed,β-TCP was alternaitve by new bone,alveolar around implant had absorbed 0.3mm.Conclusion:Clinical effect of periapical cyst removed and adjacent immediate implant surgery over the same period more reliable,long-term following up needed.
