摘要
侧辊位移控制对于四辊卷板机卷板工艺和质量控制具有重要意义。本文在分析了控制系统的构成和工作原理,考虑油管、泄漏等诸多因素影响的基础上,建立了符合设备实际工况的四辊卷板机侧辊位移液压控制数学模型。该模型为分析控制系统的动静态特性、负载或供油压力的变化对侧辊位移控制精度的影响提供理论依据。为控制算法的设计,提高系统控制精度和整体性能奠定了研究基础。
Based on the analysis of the structure and the working principle of the control system, the mathematical model of hydraulic control system has been established to side roll displacement in four-roller bending machine which confirms to actual working condition by considering the influence of many factors such as pipe, leakage and so on. This model provides theoretical basis for analysis of influence of control system static characteristics, load force or the supply pressure change displacement. It lays foundation research for design of control as overall performance of the system. on and the control precision of the side roller algorithm and improve the control accuracy as well
