摘要
基于有限元分析方法对一种成形铣齿机立柱的动态特性进行了分析。首先运用Pro/E软件建立立柱的三维模型,然后用ANSYS软件对立柱部件进行模态分析。通过分析边界条件下的模态振型,找出立柱初始设计中的不足。通过分析具有三种不同肋板立柱的动态特性,最终给出立柱内部肋板的最佳布局形式。
The dynamic characteristic analysis of the column of a gear form milling machine was carried out based on Finite Element Analysis. 3D model of the column was established by means of Pro / E software firstly,and then,the modal analysis on the column was carried out based on ANSYS software. The shortcoming of the original design was found by analyzing the modal frequencies under critical conditions. The optimal structure of inner ribs was proposed through analyzing the dynamic characteristics of columns with three different ribs.
