摘要
提出用立式数控成形铣齿机加工等基圆曲齿锥齿轮的方法。使用Mathematica在二维平面内绘制加工轨迹以及相应的理论齿线,为了直观验证,经过相应变换在三维空间中绘制了刀具轨迹线。给出了在立式数控成形铣齿机上加工等基圆锥齿轮的坐标公式,在Mathematica中提取坐标点生成数控加工代码,导入自定义指形铣刀的截面在VERICUT里完成切齿加工仿真。
A machining method of equal base circle bevel gear using vertical NC milling cutter was given.The tool path and the theoretical tooth trace were plotted in 2-dimensional plane by using Mathematica.After transformation the tool path was plotted in 3-dimensional plane to verify its correctness intuitively.Machining coordinate calculating formula was given.Then a series of coordinate points were calculated using Mathematica and were transformed into NC machining codes.The profile of finger type milling cutter was imported into VERICUT and the cutting simulation was completed.
