摘要
为保证齿厚对内外切刀齿切线半径进行修正，从而延伸外摆线锥齿轮失配，但引起的螺旋角误差很小，仍能保证接触区的位置不变。若用标准刀盘铣齿，两齿面沿齿线方向相对法曲率的绝对值较大，接触区较短。
In order to ensure the tooth thickness,the tangent radii of the inside blade and the outside blade must be amended,which brings the mismatch on Oer- likon spiral bevel gears.But the spiral angle error is so little that the position of the tooth contact is almost unchanged.The absolute value of the relative normal curva- ture in the direction of tooth trace is larger and the tooth bearing is shorter if the standard cutters are used.
