摘要
加工中心良好的动态特性有助于提高其加工性能。运用ANSYS Workbench软件对加工中心动态特性进行分析,发现立柱是其薄弱环节,然后对该立柱分别采用X型筋板、井字型筋板和米字型筋板布置形式进行模态分析,结果表明立柱用米字型筋板布局对立柱本身动态特性提升最大。提高立柱的动态特性,能有效地提高加工中心整机的动态特性。
The good dynamic characteristics of machining center can improve its processing performance. ANSYS Workbench software is used for the machining center's modal analysis, and the result is that the column is the weakest. So, columns with different type of ribs are analyzed. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the column with star-shaped ribs is the best. The dynamic characteristics of the machining center can be improved by improving the dynamic characteristic of its column.
