摘要
利用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件对某型数控铣床工作台进行静刚度分析和模态分析,验证工作台在最大受力工况下的总体形变量、弹性形变量和固有频率、最大振幅、振型,借此判断工作台设计的合理性。
The static structural analysis and modal analysis for a NC milling machine table are made by using ANSYS WORKBENCH software and its total deformation,equivalent elastic strain and inherent frequency are obtained and verified under the maximum stress condition.According to the analysis,the design rationality could be judged.
