摘要
采用UG和Ansys Workbench软件建立有限元模型,对机身结构进行了有限元分析,得到了液压机在满负荷条件下的机身变形、应力云图。通过对模拟结果进行分析发现,机身的强度达到了设计要求,但是上横梁和左右侧梁的刚度不够。对3种解决措施进行优化模拟,发现综合采用增厚筋板和合理加装筋板最为有效,机身刚度满足设计规范要求。
UG and Ansys Workbench are used to establish the FEM model and analyze it to get the stress and delormatlon image of the hydraulic press which is under the full load. The results show that the body's strength meets the design requirements, but the stiffness of the beams in the left, right and the upper is not enough. Three solutions to optimize the simulation are proposed, finding that a combination of option II and option III are the most effective which make the body stiffness to meet the allowable value.
