摘要
我国正在建造特大型自由锻液压机。新的液压机采用了全预紧组合机架,该结构克服了传统三梁四柱结构中液压机的立柱既受拉又受弯的状况,可有效改善液压机的整体受力状态,但同时也带来了新的问题,即机架的整体性问题。文章着重就液压机机架的整体性及上梁刚度等因素对整体性的影响进行探讨。期望能为压机的整体性技术提供理论指导。
The heavy forge hydraulic-press is built in our country currently. And the prestressed assembled frame is adopted in the new press. The structure conquers the problem that in the tradition press frame the columns are bended with stretching. The stress status of the press is improved effectively. But the new problem is brought into too that is the problem of the integration property, in this paper, the integration property of hydraulic-press is studied, and the influence of upper head stiffness is discussed. It is wished to help the developing of hydraulic-press design theory.
