摘要
通过对C型压力机的机身结构进行强度和刚度分析,构建了机身参数化三维模型。通过正交设计及最小二乘法原理,建立了该机床机身重量、应力、变形位移的目标和约束函数。应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行迭代优化,在保证机身强度和刚度的前提下,获得机身重量最轻的压力机机身结构。
The three-dimensional parameterized model is constructed by analysis for strengthen and rigidity of C-type press body. On this base, the target and restriction functions of weight, stress and deformation of the body are formed by cross design and principle of least square method. The iterative optimization is carried out by ANSYS’ finite element software. The optimal dimensions for the C-type press body are obtained on the assurance of body’s strengthen and rigidity.
