摘要
应用Unigraphics软件的Structures模块,针对30000kN三柱油压机的缸梁在使用中出现了裂纹的问题,运用三维有限元方法进行计算,求得应力、应变分布图。分析讨论了原始设计的不合理性,并提出改进设计措施。改进后的设计应用于生产实际取得了较好的效果。
The 3D FEM analysis of eylindered beam of three pillar oil hydraulic press has been discussed in this paper because the cracking problem occurred in the course of working. Unigraphies structures module has been used to the eomputation. The stress and strain distributions are obtained. We discusses the unreasonable design of the original structure and shape of eylindered beam, and put forward the method of modifying. The modified design has been applied to manufacturing.
