立式加工中心VMC850E床身结构动态特性分析 被引量:6

摘要 机床加工过程中的振动问题通常会引起加工误差,影响零件加工精度,是机床设计中的难点。床身作为机床的基础,其动态性能的优劣直接影响整机的动态性能。以立式加工中心VMC850E床身为研究对象,考虑床身地脚约束因素,基于前处理软件Hypermesh建立床身动力学模型,并运用经典动力学软件Nastran软件计算床身模态,通过与实验测试数据对比,验证有限元模型的准确性,为计算床身动态响应提供可靠的有限元模型,提出了一种预判床身动态性能的方法。 The vibration problem of machining process of machine tools can usually cause the machining error and influence the accuracy of parts, which is the difficulty of machine tool design. The bed, as the foundation of machine tool, its advantages and disadvantages of dynamic performance directly influence that of the whole machine tooL Taking the bed of vertical machining center VMC850E for example, it should consider the constraint of bed foot margin and build up bed dynamical model based on the preprocess soft Hypermesh and calculate bed mode by using dynamics software Nastran~ It can check the accuracy of finite element model compared with test data and offer reliable finite element model for calculating bed dynamic response, and put forward a method of predicting the dynamic performance of machinc tools.
