摘要
基层农技员的信息素质水平对农技推广的成效有直接影响。该研究介绍了基层农技员现状及存在的问题,指出了基层农技员信息素质评价的必要性;详细阐述了基层农技员的信息素质内涵、构成要素及影响因素;对基层农技员的信息素质指标体系进行了设计。
The information literacy level of grass-root agricultural extension practitioner has a direct impact on the effectiveness of agricultural ex- tension. The status, existing problems of grass-root agricultural extension practitioners were introduced, the necessity of information literacy evalu- ation was pointed out. The connotation, constituent elements and influencing factors of the information literacy of grass-root agricultural extension practitioners were elaborated in detail. Finally, the indicator system of information literacy for grass-root agricultural extension practitioners was designed.
