摘要
农技推广信息化是农业信息化与农技推广相结合而产生的。简要介绍了中国农技推广信息化的意义和背景,将农技推广信息化的国内研究和应用分为3个阶段、4个方面,并分析了国内相关文献研究中存在的不足,总结了其发展现状和存在的问题,分析了农技推广信息化同农业信息技术应用的区别和联系。最后展望了中国农技推广信息化发展前景,认为农技推广信息化将快速发展,采用信息化手段将是农技推广的主流,先进信息技术及智能装备将会广泛应用到农技推广领域,并同农技人才队伍优化相互促进。
Agro-tech extension informatization emerges from the combination of agricultural informatiza tion and agro-tech extension. This paper briefly introduced the significance and background of agro-tech extension informatization in China. Domestic research and application of agro-tech extension informatization can be divided into three periods and four aspects, and the shortcomings of domestic literature were analyzed. This paper summarized the present development situation and existing problems of agro-tech extension informatization, and analyzed the differences and connections between agro-tech extension informatization and the application of agricultural information technologies. Finally, this paper predicted its development trend in the future, namely agro-tech extension informatization would develop rapidly, the use of informatization would be the mainstream of agro-tech extension, and advanced information technologies and intelligent equipments would be widely applied to the field of agro-tech extension as well, which could be promoted together with agro-tech intellectual optimum.
