摘要
基于上海市9个郊区602名农业技术人员的问卷调查数据,采用有序Logistic模型对农业技术人员的推广积极性及其影响因素进行了实证分析。研究表明,越是认为农技推广工作重要和对当前国家农技推广工作现状评价越高的农技推广人员,其工作的积极性越高。单位性质对农技推广人员的工作积极性呈负向显著影响。农技推广工作时间占总工作时间比重越大的农技推广人员,其农技推广工作的积极性越高。农业经营主体和所在单位对农技推广人员的认可度对调动农技推广人员的工作积极性具有重要作用。另外,农民接受新技术的能力和单位的管理水平对农技推广人员工作积极性具有显著的正向影响。有固定工资收入的农技推广人员在农技推广上更具积极性。
Based on the survey data of 602 agricultural technicians in 9 suburbs of Shanghai,we empirically analyzed the influencing factors of working enthusiasm of agricultural technology extension personnel by the ordered Logistic model.The research results showed that the more important recognition of technology promotion is and the higher the evaluation of the status of agricultural technology promotion,the more active the agricultural technology extension personnel will be.The nature of the unit has a significant negative impact on the work enthusiasm of agricultural technology extension personnel.Agricultural technology extension personnel who have a greater proportion of agricultural technology extension work time in total work time tend to be more motivated in agricultural technology extension work.The recognition of agricultural technology extension personnel by agricultural business entity and the unit where they work has an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of agricultural technology extension personnel.In addition,the ability of farmers to accept new technologies and the management level of the unit have significant positive impacts on the motivation of agricultural technology extension personnel.Agricultural technology extension personnel with fixed monthly salary income are more active in agricultural technology extension.
