摘要
目的:研究茯苓神志爽心丸联合全面干预对于癌症患者生活质量的影响。方法:把2013年6月30日-12月30日在我院肿瘤科确诊并进行放化疗治疗的70例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。观察组给予茯苓神志爽心丸+全面干预+常规放化疗;对照组患者给予常规放化疗+全面干预。1个月后比较两组患者的生活质量变化(包括生物学、心理学和社会学3个方面)。结果:观察组生活质量明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:茯苓神志爽心丸联合全面干预可明显提高放化疗期间癌症患者的生活质量,在临床工作中应推广应用。
Objective： To observe effects of Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin Wan plus comprehensive intervention on breast cancer. Methods： In our hospital from December 30, 2013 to June 30, 2013, 70 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional chemoradiotherapy and comprehensive intervention. The observation group were given Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin Wan more. In 1 months, the changes of life quality between two groups were compared. Results： In the observation group the quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Fuling Shenzhi Shuangxin Wan plus comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the quality of life, should be promoted.
