Basic Inferences on Practical Ability Evaluation for the Fulltime Master of Engineering

摘要 全日制工程硕士实践能力是工程导向的构建问题与解决问题的能力,如何发展学生的实践能力及如何测评实践能力是培养全日制工程硕士实践能力的重要问题。本文提出全日制工程硕士实践能力测评的基础推论是以下三点:非结构化问题解决能有效发展全日制工程硕士的实践能力;实践能力发展存在极限;学习曲线理论可以用于实践能力测评。在此基础上,提出基于学习曲线理论的全日制工程硕士实践能力测评方法的构思,对后来量化全日制工程硕士实践能力的研究具有学术价值。 The training of practical ability for the full-time master of engineering is a key issue in colleges and universities.How to develop and evaluate practical ability is a hot topic in academic research.This paper will describe the basic meaning of practical ability and analyze its basic characteristics,as a result,basic inferences for full-time master of engineering practical ability assessment will be derived:(1)Full-time master of engineering practical ability is the project-oriented ability to build and solve problems.(2)Unstructured problem-solving can effectively develop practical ability of full-time master of engineering.(3)There are limits in practical ability development.(4)Learning curve theory can be used in practical ability evaluation.Based on this,the conception which can assess the practical ability of full-time master of engineering by learning curve theory is proposed,which may have academic value for research on later quantifying full-time master of engineering practical ability.
