基于“紧密型”产学研合作的全日制工程硕士培养体系的构建

摘要 全日制工程硕士是我国高层次硕士人才的重要组成部分,侧重工程实践是其主要的培养特点。习近平总书记提出“要把论文写在祖国的大地上”,在此背景下对工程硕士的培养提出了新要求。具有工科特点的知名院校,华南理工大学立足工程硕士的创新能力和工程思维培养,针对当前产学研合作模式中存在的论文选题、工程实践实施、实践时间安排以及考核形式等典型问题,提出了基于“紧密型”产学研合作的全日制工程硕士培养体系,为高层次应用型创新人才的培养提供了借鉴和参考。 Full-time Master of Engineering is an important part of high-level master's talents in China,and engineering practice is its main talent characteristics.General Secretary Xi Jinping called on us to write our papers on the ear th of our motherland,under this background,the times put forward new requirements for the training of Engineering master.As a well-known university with engineering characteristics,South China University of Technology,based on the innovative ability and engineering thinking of engineering master,puts forward a"compact type"full-time training system,aiming at the problems existing in the current mode of Industry-University cooperation,such as topic selection,engineering practice implementation,practice time arrangement and assessment form.This system provides a reference for the training of high-level applied innovative talents.
