摘要
采用基于偏增量的因素分解法建立了锅炉性能指标分析模型,定量分析了锅炉主要运行参数:排烟温度、排烟氧量和飞灰含碳量的变化对锅炉热效率的影响。将该模型应用于某300MW机组锅炉排烟温度、排烟氧量和飞灰含碳量变化对锅炉热效率影响的分析计算,结果表明:锅炉排烟温度、排烟氧量和飞灰含碳量的增大均会引起锅炉热效率的降低;锅炉排烟温度和飞灰含碳量是影响锅炉热效率的主要因素。
The partial increment factor decomposition method was applied to establish an analysis model for boiler performance indexes.The effects of boiler main operation parameters (such as exhaust gas tempera-ture,oxygen content in flue gas and carbon content in fly ash)on boiler efficiency were quantitatively ana-lyzed.Moreover,this model was employed on a 300 MW unit boiler.The results show that,all the incre-ments of exhaust gas temperature,oxygen content in flue gas and carbon content in fly ash reduced the boiler efficiency.The exhaust gas temperature and carbon content in fly ash were the main factors affecting the boiler efficiency.
