基于信息论的误差分析及在锅炉性能测试中的实践

摘要 信息论应用于测量技术中是有效的,但没有热效率测试方面的应用实例。首先对信息论作了介绍,并对信息熵和熵系数作了详细阐述。在邹县发电厂 1号炉热效率测试中,以信息论作为理论依据,对排烟温度和排烟氧量这两个影响锅炉热效率最重要参数的试验数据进行处理和误差分析,并对测试方法和准确性作出评价,给评定锅炉性能状况提供一些参考性意见。 The information theory is effective in measurement technology, however, there is no application example in thermal efficiency test. The information theory was introduced firstly and the information entropy and the entropy coefficient were expatiated in detail. During the thermal efficiency test of the No.1 boiler in Zouxian Power Plant, based on the information theory, the experimental data of the most important parameters affecting the boiler thermal efficiency, namely the exhaust gas temperature and the oxygen content in exhaust gas, were processed and the error analysis was conducted. The testing method and its accuracy were evaluated and some suggestion was put forward for evaluation of the boiler performance.
