摘要
在锅炉参数耗差分析中,计算运行氧量偏离基准值引起的煤耗偏差时,一般是根据反平衡法中的热损失计算模型来求解得到,但由分析可知运行氧量除了直接影响锅炉效率外,还通过影响排烟温度、飞灰含碳量等参数间接影响锅炉效率。借助神经网络较强的非线性拟合能力、网络泛化及容错能力,构建了基于BP神经网络的排烟损失和机械未完全燃烧损失两项之和的网络模型,利用该模型定量分析了运行氧量变化对锅炉效率的影响。计算结果表明该模型具有较高的准确性,运行氧量对锅炉效率影响的曲线走向符合物理规律,为运行氧量的耗差分析提供了一种新方法。
The paper reviews the results of common study on the influence of different between practical and datum of operation oxygen. The effect of operation oxygen on boiler efficiency through different ways is pointed out. A method, based on the BP natural network for calculating the summation of exhaust gas loss and unburnt carbon loss is presented. Quantitative analysis for influence of operation oxygen on boiler efficiency is discussed based on the method. As shown in this work, this method is suitable for engineering purposes attributed to its high calculating precision and the result of quantitative analysis is obeyed physical laws.
