摘要
教师素质结构是一种关于知识、能力和非认知因素之间和谐发展的结构,涉及教师的职业道德和业务素质两个方面。教师课程设置直接影响教师的素质结构。教师课程设置应密切联系新时期教育教学改革,顺应新课程改革要求,体现师范性、综合性、研究性、人文性、创新性特征。
Teachers’ quality structure is a kind of structure in which knowledge ,ability and non‐cognitive factors develop harmonically ,involving teachers’ professional ethics and professional quality . Teachers’ curriculum directly affect the quality of the structure .Teachers’ curriculum should be closely related to education teaching reform in the new period , adapt to the new curriculum reform requirements , and reflect the nature of being normal , comprehensive , research‐based ,humane ,and innovative .
