摘要
学术型和专业型研究生培养目标有较大区别,专业型研究生应突出实践技能培养。专业实践是专业学位研究生培养的关键环节,是大学生实践创新能力的有效保障。本文在分析实践基地教学现状的基础上,针对实践基地管理上存在的弊端,提出了基于PDCA循环管理理念的实践教学方案,以保障实践质量为目标,详述了循环实践教学模式的计划、组织、实施、反馈、改进和完善。实践证明,有了良好的实践基地,还需要有效的过程实施管理制度,才能切实保障专业学位研究生实践质量。
The training objective of academic postgraduates is different from that of professional de- gree postgraduates. The latter emphasizes the training of practical skills. Professional practice is the key link to the training of professional degree postgraduates and an effective guarantee to cultivate students' practice and innovation ability. By analyzing the present situation and current problem of practice teaching, this paper proposes a construction scheme guided by PDCA cycle idea, aiming at ensuring practice quality. The paper recounts the plan, organization, implementation, information feedback and improvement of the circular practice teaching model. Practices show that good practice bases as well as an effective management system of process implementation can ensure the practice quality of professional degree postgraduates.
