摘要
质量和标准贯穿整个制造业,涉及产品设计、研发、采购、生产、市场准入、报废等全生命周期,与新工科学科专业及我国先进制造业紧密相关。目前我国质量与标准化人才,尤其是"专业技术+质量标准"复合型人才非常短缺。该文根据新工科人才培养要求,在充分发挥各专业学科特色的基础上,融入质量管理与标准课程,在教学内容设计、课堂教学方法、实践教学方法、教学效果评价等方面开展探索与实践,重点培养学生的质量意识、标准化思维、质量分析及实际应用能力,将教学过程性考核落到实处。
Quality and standards run through the entire manufacturing industry,involving the entire life cycle of product design,research and development,procurement,production,market access,and scrapping,and closely related to new engineering disciplines and majors,and the advanced manufacturing industry in China.At present,there is a shortage of talents in quality and standards in China,especially“professional technology+quality standards”compound talents.In accordance with the requirements of new engineering talent training,this paper integrates the Quality Management and Standards courses on the basis of giving full play to the characteristics of various professional disciplines,and conducts exploration and practice in teaching content design,classroom teaching methods,practical teaching methods,and teaching effect evaluation,focusing on cultivating students’quality awareness,standardization thinking,quality analysis and practical application abilities,thus implementing the process-based teaching assessment.
