"三引工程"即"引企入校""引资入校""引智入校"。"三引工程"旨在促进校企合作共赢,构建多元投入机制,形成开放的校园智库。"三引工程"引进的企业、资金、人才必须符合职业院校培养高素质技术技能型人才的要求。"三引工程"的主导权在学校,有利于激发职业教育活力;检验的是市场和社会对职业教育的参与度和关注度;关注的是经济发展新常态,构建的是职业教育新常态。
The ＂three-introduction project＂ refers to introducing the enterprises to the school, introducing the funds to the school and introducing the wisdom to the school. This project aims to promote the win-win situation of school-enterprise cooperation, construct multi investment mechanism, and build open campus think tank. The enterprises, funds and talents that the project introduces must meet the requirement of cultivating high quality skilled talents in vocational colleges. The schools have the dominance for the project, which is conductive to stimulate the vitality of vocational education. The project tests the degree of participation and attention of the market and the community, and focuses on the new normal state of the economic development, in order to construct a new normal state of vocational education.
