摘要
职业教育要主动适应和积极应对经济新常态提出的新要求、新挑战,全面服务于新常态下的技术创新与产业升级,必须在四个方面转型:一是目标转变,从一元价值目标转向二元价值目标;二是重心高移,将职业教育主体向专科、本科层次转移,为经济新常态下的转型升级输送更多中高端技术技能人才;三是专业调整,加快专业更新,拓宽专业口径,构建柔性专业结构;四是功能扩大,职业教育必将成为"面向全民、服务终身"的教育。
Vocational education must take the initiative to adapt to and actively deal with the new challenges and needs required by the ＂new normal＂ . Thus, it is integrant to firstly transform the target from one-value target to dual-value target, secondly move upwards development focus, shifting the subject of vocational education to junior college-level and undergraduate-level, so as to cultivate more intermediate and high-level technical and skilled talents for transformation and upgrading under the ＂new normal＂ economy, thirdly adjust the specialty, speeding up the specialty updating, widening specialty range, and constructing structure flexible, fourthly extend the functions of vocational education, being life-long education for all.
