摘要
炮口冲击是一种新型的火炮动力后坐模拟试验方法。针对该试验方法与实弹射击时火炮所受载荷区别问题,在耳轴附近的炮架部位选定位置粘贴应变片,采用应力应变测试系统,测试实弹射击条件下炮架部位的应力;将火炮安装在模拟试验装置上,设定模拟试验装置的冲击参数,同理测试炮口冲击条件下炮架部位的应力;采用第四强度理论计算两种试验条件下的相当应力,应力对比结果表明模拟试验装置可用来模拟实弹射击条件下火炮的动态特性。该研究为火炮模拟试验装置广泛应用于靶场试验提供了一定的理论依据。
Muzzle impact is a new type of simulation test method for gun-power-recoil.For the settlement of the load difference problem of the test method and ball firing,strain gauges were attached at the selected location of gun carriage with gun carriage stress being tested under the ball firing condition using stress-strain test system.With the gun mounted on the simulation test machine and impact parameters set,gun carriage stress was tested under the muzzle impact conditions in the same way.Equivalent stress of the two test conditions was calculated based on the Fourth Strength Theory.According to the stress comparison result,simulation test machine can be used to simulate the gun dynamic characteristics of ball firing.The research will provide a theoretical reference for the gun simulation test machine to partially take the place of ball firing.
