摘要
为了解决传统后坐计算模型将液压阻力系数取为经验性常数的局限,提出一种基于多软件协同仿真技术的火炮后坐运动仿真新方法,利用MATLAB求解器计算火炮后坐运动,采用FLUENT求解器计算制退机内液体压力,提高了计算精度.将仿真计算结果与火炮实弹射击试验测试结果、传统工程模型计算结果比对,结果表明该方法计算精度高于传统模型,与实测结果符合较好,为准确计算制退机液压阻力提供了一种有效途径.
To solve the limitation that the hydraulic resistance coefficient in recoil brake is set to a constant value in traditional calculation model of gun recoil,a new method of movement simulation of gun recoil based on collaborative simulation of MATLAB and FLUENT was proposed.The recoil movement of gun and hydraulic pressure in recoil brake were calculated separately by MATLAB and FLUENT,which improves the accuracy of the coefficient.The simulation results are more accurate compared with firing test results and traditional engineering calculation results.The result indicates that the proposed method has higher accuracy,and it provides a new method for the calculation of hydraulic resistance in recoil brake.
