摘要
采用高速大质量块撞击火炮身管是一种技术可行的火炮射击模拟试验方法。为了选取合理的冲击参数以保证模拟射击精度,基于MSC.ADAMS软件建立了虚拟射击模拟试验环境,以冲击质量、冲击速度、接触刚度和阻尼全值作为试验因素,以火炮动态特性平均相对误差为试验指标,通过均匀试验设计方法获得了较优的冲击参数组合,并采用SQP优化算法对参数进行了优化。优化结果表明,该组冲击参数的平均相对误差为1.3%,各单项误差也均满足小于5%的指标要求。该研究结果为火炮射击模拟系统设计提供了可靠依据。
Driving a huge mass with a high speed to impact the tube of gun weapon is a feasible technology used to simulate the firing process.In order to select more reasonable impact parameters to assure simulation accuracy,a virtual firing test environment was developed based on MSC.ADAMS software.Taking impact mass,impact velocity,contact stiffness and full value damping as test factors,and taking average relative error of gun firing dynamic response as test index,the preferable impact parameters combination was acquired by means of uniform experiment design method.The parameters were optimized with the help of SQP optimizing algorithm.The optimized results showed that the average relative error of this combination is 1.3%,and the individual error is also able to meet the requirements of less than 5%.The study results can provide reliable basis for the design of firing simulator system.
