摘要
为了验证钢梁在爆炸冲击波下所受到的应力,分析如何改进或加固钢梁的结构,提出了一种基于直角应变花的多通道低功耗存储式测试系统,进行了大量的可行性模拟实验和可靠性试验。在爆炸冲击波实验中,通过在现场布置多个测点,将爆炸冲击波对钢梁造成的应力进行实际测试,对实验数据进行了分析和处理,得到了爆炸冲击波对钢梁应力造成影响的整体参数和分布规律。实验表明本测试系统适宜用于环境条件比较差的爆炸试验。
In order to verify the stress occurring to steel beams caused by blast wave,through analyzing how to improve or reinforce the structure of steel beams,a multi-channel low-power storage test system based on right angle strain rosette was proposed;a large number of feasibility simulation tests and reliability tests were carried out.In the blast wave experimentation,the stress of steel beams caused by blast wave was actually tested by arranging a number of measuring points in the field,experimental data was analyzed and processed and overall parameter and distribution rules of the stress of steel beams caused by blast wave were obtained.The experiments show that the test system is suitable for the explosion tests with poor environmental conditions.
