摘要 针对煤矿井下实际环境特点,设计了一种矿用压力传感器的变送器,采用二线制环路供电方式,将压力值转换为4m A-20m A电流信号。给出了主要部分的电路图和元器件选型并分析了各部分的工作原理。变送器由少量精密低功耗元件构成,尺寸可以设计的很小,并加入了保护电路以提高系统的鲁棒性。最后对变送器的精度进行了分析和测试,表明了变送器具有较高的精度和鲁棒性。 A coal mine pressure sensor transmitter is designed considering the characteristics of underground environment.The two-wire transmitter is loop-powered which transform the pressure value to 4mA-20mA current signal.The paper presents the schematic and component selection of the major part and analyzes the working principle of each part.The transmitter is made up by a few precision components with low consumption.So the transmitter's size can be very small.Protective circuit is designed to increase the robustness.Analyzing and testing the precision of the transmitter,which shows the transmitter has high precision and robustness.
