摘要
分析了液压支架的压力特性和传感器的工作环境并提出对传感器的技术要求。根据压阻效应原理设计了一压阻式压力传感器,从零点温度漂移和灵敏度温度漂移2个方面详细论述了传感器的温度补偿问题。并对传感器做了静态性能分析。
Pressure characters of hydraulic supports and work circumstance of sensor are analyzed, and technique requirement are suggested. Based on the principle of piezoresistance effect, piezoresistive pressure sensor is designed. The temperature compensation is elaborated in detail in zero drift and sensitity drift aspects. And the static performance analysis to the sensor is made.
